Shipping Policy

Shipping We are pleased to partner with An Post for all our deliveries. We understand that you are excited to receive your new piece of art, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (including a tracking number, if applicable).

Local Collection If you would prefer to collect your purchase directly from us to save on shipping costs or ensure safe handling, you are very welcome to do so.

Notice Required: Please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice before your arrival. This allows us time to carefully wrap and prepare the artwork so it is ready for you to take home immediately.

Directions & Parking: We are located next door to the Embassy of Portugal. Temporary parking is available for collection; please ensure you park on our side of the car park only.

Returns Policy

We understand that buying art online can be difficult and that a picture has to look right in your home to be truly appreciated. While we hope you love your purchase, we do offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Our Policy Terms:

Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return an item no later than 14 days after the date of purchase.

Vintage Condition: Please be aware that the vast majority of our inventory consists of vintage works of art that have passed through many hands. We do our absolute best to accurately describe and photograph any flaws, wear, or damage. By purchasing, you acknowledge the vintage nature of these items.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Condition of Returns: We will not accept goods that have been damaged in transit back to us or altered in any way. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, and a refund may be denied.
